Measure first
Every design starts with readings room by room and a look in the ceiling void. No size is proposed before the survey.
Published figures only
Capacity, airflow, noise and power come from the manufacturer datasheet, with the test condition stated. If a figure is not published, we say so.
Dedicated ducts
The dehumidifier runs on its own return and supply ducts and is never connected into the AC ductwork.
Plumbed drain, filtered return
Condensate goes to a trapped drain; the air comes back through the unit's filter stages. No tanks, no hoses.
Service after handover
The team that installed the system comes back for filter changes and seasonal checks, with the commissioning readings as the baseline.
