Where we install
Ducted dehumidification across the UAE
We survey, size, install and service concealed ducted dehumidifiers in every emirate: Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Pick your emirate for the communities we work in, how the local climate changes the sizing, and what a survey involves there.
One engineering team, UAE-wide. Surveys are booked by WhatsApp.
Choose your emirate
Each page covers the areas we work in, how coastal or inland air changes the system we recommend, and the questions owners there ask first.
Dubai
Installation and service across Dubai, from Jumeirah to Al Barari
Abu Dhabi
Installation and service across Abu Dhabi, islands included
Sharjah
Installation and service across Sharjah, from Al Khan to Muwaileh
Al Ain
Surveys and installation in Al Ain for pools, basements and garden villas
Northern Emirates
Installation and service in Ajman, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah
Dubai communities
Short notes on the villa and tower communities we are asked about most. Each one says what is different about humidity there and which system fits.
Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah
The four Northern Emirates share one page: how we schedule surveys there, the east-coast humidity in Fujairah, and the project sizes we take on.
What changes from emirate to emirate
The system is the same: a unit above the false ceiling, dedicated ducts, a plumbed drain and filtration. What changes is the moisture load it has to handle, and how far our team travels.
On the coast and islands, peak-summer humidity reached 70 to 95% in 2024 (NCM, via Khaleej Times, 23 July 2024). Coastal homes are sized for that load, not for the daytime average.
Inland, in Al Ain and the Dubai villa belt, the load comes from pools, basements, irrigation and sealed glazing rather than sea air. Some homes there do not need a system at all; the survey says which.
Dubai and Sharjah are served from our Dubai base. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Northern Emirates are scheduled in batches, so a survey date is confirmed on the first WhatsApp call.
Where the systems are running
Every installation is documented with dated humidity readings, photos and the owner's consent. Nothing is published before it is real; the first projects are being written up.
Talk to an engineer
Not sure which page is yours?
WhatsApp your emirate, the property type and a photo of the problem. An engineer replies with the next step, usually a survey date.
- A site survey and humidity readings before any quote
