Ducted dehumidification, built into your ceiling.

Concealed units with multi-stage filtration for villas, apartments, hotels, offices, shops and warehouses. We survey, size, install and service them across all seven emirates.

Site survey · sizing · installation · maintenance, UAE-wide

Four ducted systems. One air-quality platform.

Every unit sits above the ceiling, runs on its own ducts and filters the air it dries. Choose by the air that needs treating: the air already in the house, the fresh air coming in, or a large volume.

  • Series R

Dries the air already in the house and returns it through its own supply ducts. For villas and apartments that have enough fresh air.

Two square white ceiling air diffusers next to wrapped insulated pipes on an exposed ceiling

    Recirculating ducted dehumidifier

    See the spec
  • Series F

Brings in filtered outdoor air, dries it and recovers energy from the exhaust. For sealed towers and villas the AC cannot dry.

Mint-green air-handling unit panels with an inspection window, sensors and a pressure gauge

    Fresh-air + heat-recovery dehumidifier

    See the spec
  • Series H

For large volumes: hotels, warehouses, showrooms and indoor pools. Sized to the moisture load, not the floor area.

Bright mechanical plant room with green pipework, a red pump and insulated overhead pipes

    High-capacity unit

    See the spec
  • Series T

Treats the fresh air before it reaches the rooms: filters, dries and exhausts through its own path.

Insulated silver ducts running down to green air-handling units with inspection windows

    Ducted fresh-air treatment unit

    See the spec
  • On every system

Three stages in the same airflow that dries the air: a washable pre-filter, a fine-filter stage and activated carbon. Spores, dust and odours leave with the moisture.

The UAE summer problem

It's not your AC. It's the humidity.

Sealed, double-glazed homes trap moisture from showers, cooking and laundry. The AC cools, cycles off and cannot hold a humidity target. By morning the windows are wet and the wardrobe smells.

Five signs your building needs humidity control

If two of these sound familiar, a survey is worth it.

Why a ducted system, not a portable unit.

Each point answers something UAE owners say about portable units.

  • Invisible installation

The unit sits above the false ceiling. In the room you see a grille and a wall controller, nothing else.

  • Whole-home coverage

One system reaches every room through the ducts. A portable treats one room, and a villa needs several.

  • Nothing to empty

Condensate goes to a plumbed drain. A 20-litre portable can fill its tank in under a day in August.

  • Quiet in the bedroom

The compressor runs in the ceiling void, not beside the bed. Portables reviewed in the UAE reach 57 dB.

  • Filtered air, not just drier air

The same airflow passes a pre-filter, a fine-filter stage and activated carbon, so spores and dust leave with the moisture.

  • Works while you are away

The humidistat holds the setpoint through a six-week summer trip. No tank, no reset, no coming home to mould.

Everything the system does, in order.

Air leaves the room through a return grille and comes back drier and cleaner through the supply grille. The unit sits above the ceiling, out of sight.

  1. 01

    Collect

A dedicated return duct draws humid room air into the unit. It never connects into the AC ductwork.

  2. 02

    Dehumidify

The air passes a cold coil; moisture condenses out and the air leaves drier. Capacity is rated in litres a day and sized to your moisture load.

  3. 03

    Drain

Condensate runs to a plumbed drain. There is no tank to empty and no hose across the floor.

  4. 04

    Filter

Three stages: a washable pre-filter, a fine-filter stage and activated carbon. Spores, dust and odours stay in the filters.

  5. 05

    Return

Dry, filtered air comes back through the supply grilles. The humidistat holds the setpoint and the unit stops when it is reached.

A portable unit is a good tool for one damp room. It is not a whole-home fix.

Spaces we work in

Spaces

One system for the whole villa, hidden above the ceiling.

Ground-floor damp, jammed doors, wardrobe mould and condensation have one cause. One ducted unit per zone replaces three portables and the daily emptying.

What that means for your space

Two outcomes per space, measured on the survey and checked at handover.

  • Villas

    • One setpoint across all floors from one controller.
    • No visible units, no tanks, nothing to empty.
  • Apartments & penthouses

    • The wardrobe stays dry and the windows stay clear in the morning.
    • Nothing on the floor; the unit is in the ceiling void.
  • Hotels

    • Guest rooms held at a set humidity without a unit in the room.
    • Fresh air arrives dry, so finishes and linen stay in condition.
  • Offices

    • A set humidity for people and equipment, floor by floor.
    • Installed in the existing ceiling void; no floor space taken.
  • Retail & showrooms

    • Glass and mirrors clear of condensation all day.
    • Stock, packaging and finishes stay dry through door traffic.
  • Warehouses & storage

    • A set humidity for the whole volume, 24 hours a day.
    • Sized by volume and door openings, not by floor area.

Questions people ask before they buy

Short answers. The full list of questions is on the FAQ page.

How many litres a day do I need?

It depends on the moisture load, not the floor area: how many people live there, how much fresh air comes in, how many wet rooms, and the ceiling height. A survey measures the humidity room by room and we size from that. The figure is stated in litres a day at 30 °C and 80 % RH, the standard rating condition.

Does it connect to my AC ducts?

No. The unit runs on its own dedicated return and supply ducts and is never connected into the AC ductwork. The AC keeps cooling; the dehumidifier holds the humidity. The two systems work side by side.

Does it work with the AC off while I travel?

Yes. The humidistat keeps the unit running on its own setpoint and the condensate goes to a plumbed drain, so there is no tank to fill. Leaving the AC on fan or auto mode while away is still good practice, but the humidity no longer depends on it.

What does it cost to run?

Running cost depends on the unit's rated power and on how many hours it actually runs, which the humidistat controls. We publish the rated power from the datasheet and calculate the monthly cost at DEWA tariffs once we have measured real installations. One correctly sized unit under humidistat control replaces two or three portables running flat out.

How loud is it in the bedroom?

The compressor and fan sit in the ceiling void or a plant room, not in the room. What you hear is air at the supply grille. The noise figure at the grille comes from the datasheet and we publish it per model.

Does it remove mould that is already there?

No. Existing mould has to be removed first, and mouldy gypsum often has to be cut out and replaced. The system then keeps the humidity at a level where it does not come back, and the filtration takes spores out of the air.

Who installs it and how long does it take?

Our own team surveys, designs, installs and commissions the system. Installation time depends on the duct runs and the ceiling access, and we confirm it in the quote after the survey. You get a readings report and a maintenance plan at handover.

Does it also filter the air?

Yes. Every unit passes the same airflow through a washable pre-filter, a fine-filter stage and activated carbon, so dust, spores and odours are removed as the air is dried. The controller tells you when a filter is due.
