Service and warranty
Service plans and warranty
Every system we install carries the manufacturer's warranty and is serviced by the team that installed it. This page explains what the cover includes, what a service visit does, and how a plan is put together for a villa, a hotel or a warehouse.
Warranty years, service intervals and plan prices are published here once they are confirmed with the supplier. Until then each figure is marked and comes with a quote.
A plan for each kind of building.
Three starting points. The visit count and the price are set after the survey, from the unit, the filter stages and how many hours the system runs.
Home plan
For one unit serving a villa or a large apartment: filters changed on schedule, the drain and the controller checked, readings logged.
- Scheduled filter changes
- Condensate drain and pump check
- Controller set-point and sensor check
- Humidity readings logged at each visit
- Visits per year
- PLACEHOLDER
- Plan price
- Price on request
Commercial plan
For several units across floors or buildings: one schedule, one contact, visits outside your busy hours.
- One schedule for every unit
- Filter stock kept for your systems
- Visits planned around occupancy
- A readings report per unit after each visit
- Visits per year
- PLACEHOLDER
- Plan price
- Price on request
High-load plan
For high-capacity units that run long hours: shorter intervals, coil and fan inspection, priority call-out.
- Shorter filter and coil intervals
- Fan, coil and drain inspection
- Priority response to a fault
- Set-point review against the stored goods or the pool use
- Visits per year
- PLACEHOLDER
- Plan price
- Price on request
What a service visit includes.
The same checklist on every visit, so the readings can be compared from one year to the next.
Filters are replaced or cleaned by stage, on the schedule the datasheet gives.
The condensate drain, trap and pump are checked and cleared.
The controller, sensor and set-point are checked against a reference meter.
Readings before and after the visit are logged and sent to you.
How the warranty works, in order.
Four steps from handover to a resolved fault. The number of years and what each part is covered for come from the manufacturer's terms and are published once confirmed.
- 01
Registered at handover
The unit's serial number, the installation date and the commissioning readings are recorded at handover. That record is the warranty; there is no card to keep.
- 02
Report a fault on WhatsApp
Send the controller reading or a photo of the fault. Many questions are answered from that message without a visit.
- 03
A visit if it needs one
An engineer who knows the installation comes with the likely parts. Work under warranty is not charged.
- 04
Filters are consumables
Filters, like any consumable, sit outside the warranty and are covered by the service plan instead.
Documents
The warranty terms and the plan sheets are added here as PDFs once they are signed off. The maintenance guide is live.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Who carries out the service?
The team that installed the system. The engineer has the commissioning readings, the duct layout and the filter stages on file, so a visit starts from the record and not from a blank sheet.
Can I service the unit myself?
Filter changes on an accessible unit can be done by a resident who was shown how at handover; the maintenance guide covers it. Work inside the unit, on the drain pump or on the refrigerant circuit is for a technician, and leaving it to one keeps the warranty intact.
What happens if the unit fails while I am abroad?
Message us on WhatsApp with the controller reading if you can see it remotely, or ask someone with access to send a photo. We arrange the visit with the person who holds the key and send the readings report afterwards.
Is the service plan compulsory?
No. The warranty stands on its own. A plan keeps the filters on schedule and the readings logged, which is what keeps the air quality and the capacity where they were at commissioning.

Talk to an engineer, not a call centre.
WhatsApp a photo of the problem and a floor plan; we reply with the next step.
- Survey, sizing, installation and service from one team
- Photos and floor plans on WhatsApp are enough to start
