Umm Al Quwain
Gulf coast and lagoon, low-rise villas and holiday homes that often sit closed for weeks, the scenario behind most mould reports.
Ras Al Khaimah
Gulf coast, resort islands and hotels, with villas and farms inland toward the mountains. Hotels and pool halls are the usual projects.
Fujairah
The east coast, facing the Gulf of Oman. The National reported humidity in the east staying between 70 and 90%, so sealed villas and hotel rooms there carry a coastal load all summer.
Northern Emirates humidity, in short
The NCM measured 70 to 95% relative humidity in coastal and island areas on 23 July 2024, which covers the Gulf coast of Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah. For the east coast, The National reported humidity in the east staying between 70 and 90%, and noted that 100% is not unusual.

Do you travel to Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah?
Yes, to all four Northern Emirates. Surveys are grouped into set days because of the distance from Dubai, and we agree the scope of the project on the first WhatsApp call so the trip is worth your time and ours. Installation and service visits are planned the same way.
Is there a minimum project size for the north?
We decide that with you on the first call rather than publishing a figure, because a single pool hall in Ras Al Khaimah can be a larger job than a whole villa in Ajman. Send the property type, the problem and photos on WhatsApp and we tell you straight away whether it is a fit.
Is Fujairah more humid than the Gulf coast?
The east coast carries a coastal load all summer: The National reported humidity in the east staying between 70 and 90%. Sealed villas and hotel rooms in Fujairah are therefore sized for the same kind of peak as a Dubai coastal villa, from the survey readings rather than a catalogue figure.
