Pick your space, see the system.
Humidity shows up differently in a villa, a sealed tower, a pool hall or a stock room, and the fix is sized differently too. Start with your property or the problem you can see. Each page explains what is measured on the survey, which system fits and what changes once it runs.

Spaces
One system for the whole villa, hidden above the ceiling.
Ground-floor damp, jammed doors and wardrobe mould come from the same humid air. One ducted unit per zone holds the whole villa at a set humidity, drains to a pipe, and leaves only grilles on show.
Spaces
Sealed high-rise, dry rooms.
Double glazing keeps the heat out and the moisture in. A concealed unit in the ceiling void dries the air from showers, laundry and the AC itself, with no tank to empty.
Spaces
Guest rooms at the humidity your finishes need.
Rooms, corridors, spa and pool hall each get their own setpoint. The system reports to the building management system and runs on a service plan.
Spaces
Dry, filtered air for every desk.
Retrofit above the existing false ceiling, outside working hours. No floor units, no tanks, nothing humming next to a desk.
Spaces
Stock and displays that do not go damp.
Every door opening brings humid air in. The system is sized for the traffic, so glass stays clear and leather, paper and textiles stay dry.
Spaces
Inventory protection at scale.
High-capacity units sized by volume, door openings and the goods stored hold archives, coffee, paper, leather and electronics at a set humidity.
Every solution, by property, space and problem

By property type
Homes and commercial buildings, each with its own moisture sources and its own place for the unit.

Special spaces
Rooms with their own moisture load, often inside a building that is otherwise fine.
By the problem you can see
Start from the symptom; the page explains the cause and the fix in that order.
Air quality, new builds and renovations
What every system filters as it dries, and what to reserve before the ceiling closes.
Which system goes where
Pick the kind of building. The panel shows the family we usually specify, what the survey measures, and the pages that go deeper.
One recirculating unit per zone, in the ceiling void.
Homes mostly need the air they already have dried and filtered. Where the home has a fresh-air duct, or you want filtered outdoor air, the fresh-air family takes over.
Measured on the survey
- Humidity reading in every room, inside wardrobes too
- Ceiling void depth and access, duct routes, drain point
- Glazing, door traffic, occupancy and fresh-air supply
Zone by zone: rooms, wet areas and the pool hall each get their own setpoint.
Guest floors run on fresh-air units with heat recovery; pool halls and spas need high-capacity units sized from evaporation, not floor area.
Measured on the survey
- Readings per zone, including at diffusers and on glazing
- Fresh-air rate, occupancy pattern, pool area and water temperature
- Existing AHU and FCU layout, BMS points, drain routes
Retrofit above the false ceiling, sized for people and doors.
Occupancy and door traffic set the moisture load. A recirculating unit holds the floor plate; a fresh-air treatment unit dries the outdoor air before the fan coils see it.
Measured on the survey
- Readings through the day, peak occupancy, door counts
- Ceiling void, fresh-air intake, drain and power
- Stock room and display areas measured separately
High capacity, continuous operation, logged readings.
Large volumes and open dock doors need capacity; server rooms need a tight band held independently of the cooling. Both get alarms and Modbus readout.
Measured on the survey
- Volume, door schedule and the goods or equipment stored
- Existing cooling and its effect on humidity
- Alarm thresholds and where the readings are logged
Fix the humidity that feeds the problem, then it stays fixed.
Remediation or cleaning first where needed, then a system that holds the home below the humidity mould and musty smells need. Filtration on every pass takes the spores and odours out.
Measured on the survey
- Readings where the problem shows and where it does not
- Condensation points: glazing, diffusers, cold walls
- Whether fresh air or the AC itself is the moisture source
Projects in this space
Every installation is documented with dated humidity readings, photos and the owner's consent. Nothing is published before it is real; the first case studies are being written.
Tell us the space. We size it and quote it.
A floor plan or a few photos on WhatsApp are enough to start. A survey confirms the rest.
