Ducted dehumidifiers in Dubai
A ducted dehumidifier in Dubai sits above the false ceiling, pulls damp air through its own return duct, dries and filters it, and supplies it back through grilles. Nothing stands in the room, nothing needs emptying. We survey, size and install across Dubai, from the Palm to Arabian Ranches, and service what we install.

Communities we work in
Dubai is not one climate. A villa on the Palm, a sealed Marina tower and a 2004 Ranches villa each hold moisture for a different reason, so we size them differently. Tap a community for its note.
Coast and islands
Sea air on one or both sides, large villas with basements and pools, older stock with ageing seals.
Towers and mid-rise
Double glazing keeps the heat out and the moisture from showers, laundry and cooking in. Building-managed chilled water means the AC cannot be changed, but the ceiling void can.
We also work in Barsha Heights, Al Nahda and Satwa apartments.
Golf, lagoon and landscaped communities
Irrigated lawns, lakes and dense planting raise humidity locally around very large villas with basements, cinemas and pools.
Inland villa belt
Drier outside air, but 2000s villas with small ceiling voids, ageing ductwork and family tenants who run the AC hard.
We also work in Remraam.
Dubai humidity, in short
Daytime readings in summer can look harmless at 45%, yet the same forecast put overnight humidity at 60%, the level where moisture problems begin. On 23 July 2024 the NCM measured 70 to 95% relative humidity in coastal and island areas. A hygrometer left in a bedroom for a week tells you where your home sits.

What that means for your Dubai home
Two outcomes owners ask for, whatever the community.
Coastal villas are sized for the summer peak, inland villas for pools, basements and irrigation. The survey reads each floor, so you pay for the capacity your home needs, not a catalogue figure.
No visible units, no tanks, nothing to empty. The system runs while you are away for the summer, with a plumbed drain and a set humidity on the wall controller.

Where the systems go in Dubai
The same concealed unit is sized and ducted differently for a villa, a sealed apartment, a hotel floor or a basement majlis. Pick your space for the detail.

Questions Dubai owners ask first
Short answers. The full list is on the FAQ page.
Which parts of Dubai do you install in?
All of Dubai. Our team is based in Dubai, so coastal communities such as the Palm, Jumeirah and the Marina, the Downtown and JVC towers, and the inland villa belt from Arabian Ranches to Tilal Al Ghaf are all served from the same base. A survey is booked on WhatsApp with your community and property type.
What happens at the site survey?
An engineer reads humidity and temperature room by room, checks the ceiling void, the drain options and the electrical supply, and photographs the duct routes. You get a sizing and a quote based on those readings, not on floor area alone. There is no automatic price on this site because every home is different.
Can you install in a Dubai apartment or penthouse?
Yes, where there is a false ceiling with enough depth for the unit and its ducts, and a route for the condensate drain. We coordinate access and working hours with the building management, and the system uses its own return and supply ducts, never the building's chilled-water AC ductwork.
Does a villa on the coast need a bigger system than one inland?
Often, yes. Coastal and island areas recorded 70 to 95% relative humidity on peak days in July 2024, so a Palm or Jumeirah villa carries a higher moisture load than a Ranches villa in the same month. The survey readings decide the capacity; the community alone does not.
Will it keep working while we are away for the summer?
Yes. The unit holds the humidity you set on the controller, drains through a plumbed line and needs no tank emptying. That is the scenario behind most of the mould reports after summer holidays: an apartment left with the AC off for six weeks. A ducted system is made for exactly that gap.
