Questions people ask
What happens after I send the form?
Your request goes straight to an engineer, not a call centre. You get a reply on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, whichever you chose, with the next step: usually a few questions and a proposed survey date. No automated price is generated.
What does the site survey involve?
An engineer takes humidity and temperature readings room by room, looks inside the ceiling void, checks the drain and power options and walks the duct routes. The readings go into the design and into your quote, so the size is based on what was measured, not on floor area alone.
Which parts of the UAE do you cover?
We survey, install and service across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Tell us the emirate and area in the form and we schedule the visit accordingly.
