Ducted dehumidifiers in Sharjah
We install concealed ducted dehumidifiers in Sharjah villas and apartments, from the Al Khan waterfront to Muwaileh. The unit sits above the false ceiling, dries and filters the air through its own ducts and drains to a plumbed line. Sharjah is served from our Dubai base, so surveys are booked by WhatsApp and confirmed with a date.

Where we work in Sharjah
Sharjah's coast and lagoons behave like Dubai's coast; the inland districts behave like the Dubai villa belt.
Al Khan and the waterfront
Towers and villas beside the lagoon and the sea, many of them tightly sealed apartments where moisture from showers and laundry has nowhere to go.
Muwaileh and the inland districts
Villas and family apartments further from the water, where the load comes from occupancy, cooking and AC that cannot hold a set humidity.
Sharjah humidity, in short
Sharjah shares Dubai's coastline, and the NCM reading of 70 to 95% relative humidity in coastal and island areas on 23 July 2024 applies to it. Overnight is the critical time: a forecast quoted at 45% by day reached 60% at night, the level where moisture problems begin.

What that means for your Sharjah home
Two outcomes owners in Sharjah ask for.
Sealed apartments get one concealed unit in the ceiling void with its own return and supply ducts and a plumbed drain. No floor unit, no tank, no noise at the bed.
Villas get one system for every floor from one controller, sized on the survey readings, so ground-floor kitchens and wardrobes stop going damp while the AC does its own job.

No Sharjah project is published yet. We publish only installations with photos and measured readings; the first documented Sharjah job goes here.

Questions Sharjah owners ask first
Short answers. The full list is on the FAQ page.
You are based in Dubai. Do you really cover Sharjah?
Yes. Sharjah is next door to our Dubai base, and the coastal districts share Dubai's climate. Surveys, installation and service visits are scheduled the same way as in Dubai; you get a confirmed date on the first WhatsApp call rather than a call-back.
Can you install in a Sharjah apartment?
Where the false ceiling has enough depth for the unit and its ducts and there is a route for the condensate drain, yes. We check both on the survey and coordinate access and working hours with the building management. The system never connects to the building's AC ductwork.
What does the survey cover?
Humidity and temperature readings room by room, the ceiling void, drain options, electrical supply and photographs of the duct routes. The sizing and quote follow from those readings. There is no automatic price on this site because a sealed Al Khan apartment and a Muwaileh villa carry different loads.
Talk to an engineer
Talk to an engineer, not a call centre.
WhatsApp a photo of the problem, your district and the number of floors. We reply with whether a survey makes sense and when we can be in Sharjah.
- A site survey and humidity readings before any quote
- Installation and service across all seven emirates
