Humidity control for Arabian Ranches homes

Inland villas from 2004 onward with ageing ductwork and AC that has been patched more than once. Here the dehumidifier question usually starts as an AC question: the house is cool but still feels damp, bills are high and the wardrobes smell. The survey separates the two problems.

This page is a short local note. It becomes a full page once we have completed and documented a project in this community, with photos and humidity readings.

What that means for a home here

  • The survey reads the air at the AC supply as well as in the rooms, so you learn whether the AC itself is adding moisture before anything is bought.

  • The dehumidifier gets its own ducts and drain and never shares the ageing AC ductwork, so a later AC replacement does not touch it.

We only publish projects with real photos and measured readings. The first documented installation in this community will anchor this page.
